Tihla Bwojoudak is nine songs that draw on traditional Iraqi melodies and rework them through a contemporary lens.

The record opens with city drive and forward momentum, moves through romantic and nostalgic ground, and settles into slower, deeper songs by the close.

About the sound

The production stays close to the voice: punchy rhythm and bright detail where the album asks for momentum, warmer arrangements where it turns romantic, and space left open on the slower tracks for guitar and melody to sit unhurried.
